WHAT IS CINCO DE MAYO?
Once, it was a day that commemorated the Mexican battle of Puebla where the French were defeated, and heritage, pride and national unity was restored.
Today, Cinco de Mayo (the fifth of May) marks a celebration of Mexican culture, cuisine, cocktails, and music. So, bust out your sandals and sombreros for a banging night of salsa, spice, and the occasional miscellaneous donkey.
Cinco de Mayo is an all ages and licensed event.
